Love in the Name of Christ is a network of churches with the goal of helping those in need get connected with the resources to support them. We are not an emergency resource, nor do we provide cash assistance.

Upon receipt of this form, our volunteers will reach out to learn more about this person’s/family’s situation to understand how our churches might be able to support in their current circumstances.

Once submitted, please have person in need contact the Love INC Connection Center at 847.782.8630 and choose option 1 to confirm receipt of information.

Love INC cannot accommodate walk-ins at our office – we are a volunteer call center only.
